HybridGWAIS now supports the selection of arbitrary genomic regions from the input dataset for epistasis detection.

Multiple statistical tests in HybridGWAIS

HybridGWAIS now supports the selection of other statistical tests, such as BOOST, in arbitrary combinations instead of using the logistic regression test alone.
